Good system, easy setup

Just got my BlueCube Mini-Me and it's pretty cool. Setup was straightforward, didn't take long at all. The water gets nice and cold, perfect after a workout. Happy with it so far.

Totally awesome cold plunge!

OMG, I just received my BlueCube Core Chill XL and it's AMAZING! The delivery was quicker than I thought, and setting it up was surprisingly simple. It gets SO COLD, exactly what I needed for my recovery routine. I'm already feeling the benefits after just a few uses. I seriously can't wait to jump in every day now. Best purchase ever!

Consistent quality, returning customer

This isn't my first purchase from BlueCube; I previously bought a Mini-Me and just upgraded to the Malibu XL. What keeps me coming back is how reliable their products are. The Mini-Me was great for a while, but I needed more space. This new Malibu XL arrived just as expected, took 7 days to reach my place in Texas. Setup was familiar, and the performance is just as strong as my last unit, maybe even better with the larger capacity. Glad I stuck with them.

Great value on a quality item

I was looking for a good deal on an ice bath system and BlueCube came up. I grabbed the BlueCube Core Chill during their seasonal sale, and the discount was significant, saved me a few hundred bucks. For what I paid, the quality is really impressive. It feels super solid and works perfectly, gets the water down to temp fast. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth, which is huge for me when making bigger purchases like this.

Detailed review of my BlueCube Malibu

I ordered the BlueCube Malibu a few weeks ago and wanted to give a thorough review. The ordering process was smooth, and I received email updates on shipping, which was helpful. It took about 10 days for the unit to arrive after I placed the order. Packaging was robust, everything was well protected. Setting it up required a bit of effort to position it, but connecting the chiller and filling it was straightforward. The water filtration kit I bought separately seems to do a good job keeping the water clean. I reached out to support once with a question about ideal water levels, and they responded within a day with clear instructions. The build quality feels very durable, especially the tub itself. It maintains temperature really well, even in my garage. Overall, a solid product that lives up to its promises.

Thinking of pulling the trigger on a Core Chill but I'm looking for a discount. Do they ever do like, public promo codes or is it all just referral stuff? Missed Black Friday unfortunately.

M Mark A. 1 month ago
They mostly do referral codes or military/first responder discounts. Sitewide codes are pretty rare outside of huge holiday sales like Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Yeah, I got mine through a referral link. You might be able to find someone with a code on here or Reddit. Otherwise, not much pops up regularly.

Hey, thinking about getting one of these BlueCube things for my backyard. Does anyone know if they handle being outside all the time? Like, through winter and stuff?

C Cody 1 month ago
Yeah, I have a Malibu XL and it's been outside for a year now, through rain and snow. Just make sure you get the insulated cover for it, helps a lot with keeping temps and protecting it.

Mine's been under a covered patio but it gets pretty cold here. No issues so far. I think they're built pretty solid for outdoor use.

Anyone know how long shipping usually takes for one of these? I'm in Austin, Texas and trying to figure out when I could actually start using it.

G Greg 1 month ago
Mine took about 2 weeks to get to me in Dallas. It's freight, so it's not super fast, but they did a good job communicating updates.

Ordered a Mini-Me to Houston, took maybe 10 days? Depends on their stock I guess, but it wasn't crazy long.

Are BlueCube ice baths really worth it compared to something like a Plunge? The price difference is pretty big, just wondering if it's justified.

P Phil B. 1 month ago
I've used both and BlueCube just feels more premium, especially the chillers. My friend's Plunge seems to struggle a bit more to keep temps, especially in summer. Plus, the build quality on the BlueCube tubs is super solid.

It's like comparing an entry-level car to a luxury one. Both get you there but one's a nicer experience. If you can swing it, the BlueCube is a significant upgrade in terms of performance and durability, imo.

What's the deal with the electrical requirements for these? Do I need a special outlet or anything? Want to make sure my garage can handle it.

B Beth 1 month ago
Most of them just need a standard 120V outlet, but some of the bigger ones or commercial units might need 220V. Check the specific model you're looking at on their site, it should say.

My Malibu XL runs fine on a regular household outlet. No special wiring needed for mine.
